Protocol for ‘Not Using Email for the receipt of Confidential Patient Information’

• Ormeau Park Surgery will not accept emails as a means of communication from a patient or about a patient as it is not safe or confidential.
• Patients must only communicate with the practice by telephone or in person at our hatch in the porch.
