STAY SAFE IN THE SUN

Sunburn leads to premature aging and an increased risk of skin cancer. Expose yourself to the sun gradually. If you sunbathe use a cream with a high protection factor for the first 3 to 4 days. Avoid the sum between 11am and 3pm, when the rays are at their most damaging. Don't forget to protect your ears, lips, hair parting and the tip of your nose using a sunblock stick.
Wear a wide brimmed hat and cover up with loose clothing Use sunglasses with UV Filters Protect children and babies from direct sunlight. Cover them up with hats and long sleeves and apply SPF25 (or higher) onto their sensitive skin.
